Sometimes you realize that the content you have created is not quite in the right order.
One way to solve this is to cut and past the content, however, this doesn't work for all types of content and is a little clunky.

Describe the solution you'd like
A common feature in other block-style editors is dragable blocks, allowing one to easily change the order of content.

Typically, this works by clicking and holding the kebab icon, dragging the block to the desired location, then releasing the click.
