Unable to publish edits in "Preview" mode, also deletes body of post

Describe the bug
When creating an article, preview mode works fine. However, when editing a post, clicking on "preview" has two unintended consequences:

1. The "Publish" button no longer works, so you are forced to navigate away.
2. If you return from Preview mode to "Edit" mode, all the text in the body of the post is removed. (It can be recovered by backing out and visiting the article again, but any added text will be lost.)

To Reproduce

1. Create & publish a post
2. Go into "editing" mode of that post
3. Issue 1: Click on "Preview" and you'll see you can't hit "Publish." Issue 2: Click on "Edit" in Preview mode, and you'll see all the text has been removed from the post.

Expected behavior
If you press Publish from Preview mode, it should publish. If you press "Edit" from Preview mode, you should be able to see all your text.
