When you scroll down on a publication or article, the header scrolls with the rest of the content.
Meaning you have to scroll back to the top to read / access the header.

Describe the solution you'd like
Sticky header, much like that of Discourse.

I Discourse, I particularly like the way that the post title moves from the post to the header when the title scrolls out of view.
