A couple of times in HARPS spectra I came across this error: *** ERROR: Line CaIIK bandwidth outside spectral range.
This is obviously a problem and the index cannot be calculated. But I think ACTIN should not stop with an error. Is it possible that this raises a warning and sets that specific index to NaN but keeps going?
