[Feature] Support for exportable survey properties

To facilitate integration with other systems, survey organizer should have a way to add predefined text values. These values could be exportable as properties and send to an API at collection time.

Are you referring to site/LOI properties here? If so those can already be imported via GeoJSON. Or does the organizer require a way to edit those manually? How does that help integration with other systems?

Use case seems to be something like survey organizers wanting to specify a survey-level property such as a company id, which would be included in exports of their surveys.

Are you referring to the job data itself? Sounds like that's needed on API calls, not export, no?
