Stuck on loading screen. iOS. 12.1 12.0

I got as far as creating an account then it got stuck on loading. I let it run several minutes and it clearly wasn’t running. I re-booted the device, up dated the os neither worked so I deleted the app and reboot. Still stuck on loading as soon as I launch.

Just to clarify, this happens when you download MechaHamster from App Store, correct? Not build from scratch using Github project.

That is odd. I downloaded it on an iPad with iOS 12.0.1 and created an account with no problem.

Could you try to re-install the app and try anonymous sign-in? Your signin should be clear when you uninstall the app.

I tried but now it doesn’t give me the option to do anything... it just gets stuck on the loading screen

I just tried again. I can send you a screen grab but it’s just “loading... “ I would love to get this working so I can hear the music

Sorry I just had a hard time to reproduce it.
It is been awhile since we last released MechaHamster on iOS.
This could be some bug we fixed along the way.
However, I cannot guarantee you about our next release.

If you need it in action, I would recommend you to try on another iOS/Android device. At least the iPad Air 2, iPhone 8 and Pixel XL 2 I tried all works.
