syzbot: coverage generation problems on ci-qemu2-riscv64 #5387

This problem regularly appears in our logs:

ci-qemu2-riscv64: failed to upload coverage stat: failed to GET /cover?jsonl=1, httpStatus 500: failed to generate coverage profile: failed to parse DWARF (set CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO=y on linux)

The thing is, we actually do have CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO=y set in the .config file for that instance.
