Repo cloning not possible with a PAT?

  I am trying to bulk commit some changes to multiple repositories.

  Running a repo apply --branch "" --message "" --comment"" ... command

• Any error messages you're getting

Looks like the repo apply command is cloning the repo via SSH rather than using the PAT. Is it possible to use the PAT instead?
