Podspec for XcFramework #119

Hi,

Since Google don't launch podspec with version 4.7.1 with xcframework support, i made mine:
https://github.com/ubook-editora/ub-google-cast-sdk-no-bluetooth

But it has a problem that i don't know if is related to podspec or cocoapods:
https://github.com/paulocoutinhox/google-cast-bug

It is working on app, but i need execute pod install twice to it be installed.

Can anyone help me with this?
