Problems opening the WWW page #9

On step 4 of https://developers.google.com/codelabs/maps-platform/google-maps-nearby-search-js#1 , the "open" command is not found in cloud shell. To work through the lab, I needed to run SimpleHTTPServer.

In the prerequisites, it would be nice to have a bulleted list of the APIs that need to be enabled.
