nilerr ignores lint comments

We have been using nilerr happily for a long time. Thank you for maintaining this!

Today, we upgraded Go version from 1.16 to 1.17 in https://github.com/cybozu-go/moco .
Unfortunately, nilerr built with Go 1.17 starts raising an error even though the line has a lint comment to ignore it.

Upgrading dependencies of nilerr did not resolve this.

I tried to create a minimal example to reproduce this problem but failed.
