Delete listened episodes

I would like to have a way to delete the episodes I have listened. I now end up deleting them from the file system.

There might be a more elegant way, but if so, I did not find it yet.

In the episodes list, click the 'trash can' button to delete a downloaded episode from the filesystem.

In some cases, the file is still there on the sdcard, while the app does not show a trash can button, but a download button instead. Is there a way to bring the trash can/download button back in sync?

Unfortunately, no. The files could either be left over from a previous install, or you found a bug. Unfortunately, Detlef is unmaintained at the moment so there'd be no one around to fix it.

This is a really important feature - This should be high priority when a maintainer steps forward.
