docs: Add opinionated use cases walkthrough for Explore Profiles

We've created a powerful tool for our users. Now, we need to show them how they can use this amazing app to help them solve issues and explore their data. With Explore Profiles available on Grafana Play, we can use that to provide a way for users to try the steps out as they go.

The first phase of content is to provide a single use case walkthrough with one or more use cases for when we go GA.

For the first doc, we'll want to:

• Determine what the most common use cases are
• Prioritize the use cases that we want to tackle
• Choose one use case to focus on
• Write the content
  • What is the best practice for using the app to resolve this use case?

Required for Explore Profiles to be generally available.
