When using integrations commands, the dashboard folder, and rule namespace will be be extracted from the integration metadata thusly.

When an integration has been downloaded, then the mixin commands are used to show or install, those checks are not performed.

The mixin commands should check for integration metadata, and if found, set the dashboard folder and rule namespace.
