The container image we host in Dockerhub is not multiarch: https://hub.docker.com/layers/grafana/synthetic-monitoring-agent/v0.29.4/images/sha256-60d707a2f61a878b65d205ef3d4034344b5a18d78702949d743add16e1fe4c92?context=explore

We should make it so.
