Mariusz: update on Jenkins CI

Mariusz will propose a final fix for the Alpine pipeline (that currently fails). DONE: #1942

All other pipelines are fixed already, and we can merge PRs again.

There is one worker (Astoria), seems like this machine was completely reset, and Mariusz cannot access this machine. Who could help with this machine? This doesn't seem like Woju's responsibility; it should be someone from UNC.

Dmitrii: AEX Notify flows

Discussed the current SGX signal handling diagrams. After the meeting, Dmitrii analyzed the current code and prepared revised diagrams and notes, see #1948.

Dmitrii will also provide similar diagrams and notes for new AEX Notify flows in the same GitHub discussion.

The discussion on AEX Notify will continue next week, based on these revised diagrams.
