How to change BASE_URL?

Hi, sorry if this is a dumb question, but I got Grampsweb working and can access it locally, I just need to change the BASE_URL because my domain name has changed. Do I just edit the config.cfg file and restart the container? I'm concerned because even though I had a config.cfg set, on first run Grampsweb still had me go through all the server configuration prompts, so I wasn't sure if it even picked up the information from there.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
