Subgraph does not contain the GraphProxyAdmin address

I forgot to add it as it was a late add to the protocol. We should index it and add it to GraphNetwork.proxyAdmin

its basically just adding a field on graphNetwork and then saving the address

It wouldnt hurt to have it but also we've never needed it
