Unexpected results in testing example endpoint requests from readme.md

Describe the bug
Below are my notes on testing the request examples provided in the readme. Humbly requesting some input to understand if the results are as expected or indicative of problems. No errors were observed in the service logs as requests were made. Debug logs also did not show any abnormal behaviour or errors.

Expected behavior
Requests against my own indexer-rs should return same response as the examples
