Searching for a command does not scroll to highlight the relevant section #43

If I search for tctl inventory ls, this appears on the tctl admin page and the top search result is the most relevant.

However, the search results don't show the actual section link - you have to scroll down to see it. At a glance, this makes it look like the search results aren't relevant and probably causes people not to ultimately follow the link, making it harder for them to find useful information.

We should make the results scroll down to highlight the correct section, if it's not on the first screen.
