After sliding to confirm the transaction, I did not receive any transaction confirmation notification from the system; instead, I only received an expiration notification request. I am using the Android operating system and am very worried about this situation.

This is due to a recent release and a conflict between our old and new UI. If you go to settings (by tapping the anchor logo on the home screen), select Preferences, and then set "Updated User Interface" to enabled. Also, some folks noticed that their preference for "Forced scrolling" changed, so if it was off before, check to make sure it is off as well.
