[UX/UI] Adding / Deleting a file

The full page with the button top right might be intimidating for user wanted to add file at least first times,
the common way to do it is having a modale / popup with clearer informations.
A user I didn't clearly understood the new button top right when I added my file, by the way I wasn't sure I succeed ( it's only when I get back to my file that I knew it was ok )

I tried the deleted option too and it's a bit confusing the carroussel thing to be able to delete files , it might be clearer and more usual a list with delete icons

I just understood that if user click on icon he's going directly to his own desktop files but it's really not clear , on all others columns user needs too double click on cell to open it and there he just has to click on an icon ( grey so we might think it's disabled )
