Can we usefully compare parameters, runtime and efficiency across apps?

What if we had a heat map style matrix that showed all the tuning parameters along with the perf and efficiency metrics in a single matrix? We could then do easy run by run comparisons, color coded by scale, that allows a visual x-ref of each tuning attempt and supports the human decision making process.
