Mangle proxy

This is probably a different repo, but a nice idea would be to make a http proxy (that could be connected via Ngnix, for example) that runs entire pages through mangle. This would allow developers/testers to examine and test an internal production or unsanitized staging site without exposing that data outside of the network it runs on.
