I'm unable to upgrade hp2any lts-9.0 to lts-12.6 without overriding cabal version (by allowing newer) because hp2any depends on this package. Can the dependency on cabal be updated so it depends on cabal 2 or newer ?

Updated to lts-12.6

Allowed newer was neccesary to prevent pulling in old cabal, process and base.
This needs to be fixed upstream, see gtk2hs/glade#7
