That's a long-standing Windows bug. It's not exclusive to HashCheck. The last item selected ends up being in the first place, unless the program specifically re-sorts the list.
When i "select all" on multiple files i get a random sorting in the output.
File03.txt
File01.txt
File02.txt
etc.
Is there any chance to get a hashcheck option to sort files?
File01.txt
File02.txt
File03.txt
The only chance to prevent this, is selecting all files manually in an inverted order.
Then the output is correct.
