requirements.txt里面有些包带了“@file”，好像是导出的方式有点小问题，没法直接配置对应的环境。
（找到了类似问题的解决方案：https://blog.csdn.net/qq_38048756/article/details/115337465）

其实手动安装对应版本的环境也可以，没什么特别的环境
