Impossible to set "cooling mode" in manual

Hi, i'm running the repository without any problem for a couple of years, all is working perfectly except the cooling system.

In my app Vimar By-Web i have to set on MANUAL and COOLING:

in Home Assistant i can increase or decrese the temperature and it work perfectly:

but if in HA i switch off and i try to set again cooling system it automatically switch to AUTO and don't let me set it (i have to go in the Vimar App and set it in Manual, cooling):

Any suggestion how to solve it?
