Requires Apple Developer Account (certificates, etc)
- https://developer.apple.com/wallet/get-started/
Barcode passes only, NFC can't be read on web (yet)

~~Preferably add notifications / pass updating. (Ties in with Broadcasts (communication) functionality #3)~~ Use PWAs.
Both Apple and Google wallets.
- Unsure if Samsung has something different
