Overview

We need to create an action steps spreadsheet for the august moderated usability test so we can track all tickets related to these insights

Action Items

  • create new spreadsheet modeled after previous action steps spreadsheet
    • comment where the new spreadsheet is located within the shared drive
  • add all problems outlined on final slide
  • (optional): go through each slide and add rows for each problem
  • (optional): migrate previous incomplete Action Steps from Oct '23
  • review comments for issues to be added to this spreadsheet
  • share with leads
  • keep this ticket open until all action steps are resolved (implemented or closed as not planned)
