Figure out IA categories (folders)
- Research
- Content
- Figma
- Guest Speakers
- Workshops
Audit members
- All members who onboarded before (X) were removed from the drive.
- Do new members need to fill out a form to get access to the drive or is it automated?
Rearrange files based on improved IA
Prioritize important files
Archive outdated files
Note what information needs updating
Update all outdated info

Today I did one round of 'clean-up' within the drive.

Organized the folders
Renamed files and folders for better description
Archived outdated information
Moved files to proper folders for better IA

Next Steps:

Decide what files are important to highlight on the 'landing page' (currently it's the HfLA self onboarding slide deck)
Come up with high level categories for the folders within 'UI/UX (Community of Practice)' folder. Create subfolders as needed.
Look at each file:
- If current, move to the proper folder or subfolder
- If outdated, either archive or update if possible
