Overview

Currently, there is no way for admins to identify at scale which users are project managers (or project leads) and which projects they are associated with on VRMS. Given that, we need to create a feature that enables admin users to filter & search for all project leads a list of all projects, as well as view a full list of existing project leads and their linked projects.

Requirements

  • Design - see page 2 of mockups
  • Functionality:
    • WHEN a user selects the "Project Leads" filter, the user is presented with a list of all project leads (i.e., anyone who is linked to a specific project on VRMS) and their associated projects is displayed underneath the search bar. The user's full name is presented to the left (left aligned), next to their associated project on the right (Right aligned).
      • The list is organized as follows (in order):
        • Projects are organized alphabetically
        • Users within projects are organized alphabetically
      • Search functionality:
        • A user can search for a project leader's name or the name of the project within the same search bar.
        • If a user searches for a project, they are presented with a list of users within that project only, in alphabetical order.
  • Lead dev to explore requirements to enable such features

Action Items

  • @trillium and team to add necessary action items for developers referencing the requirements above.
