Overview

We need to add technical details to the Wiki Page for the Create Projects page on the app so that there is a single place for every new issue to link to and for handoff to the stakeholders.

Action Items

A STEP BY STEP LIST OF ALL THE TASK ITEMS THAT YOU CAN THINK OF NOW EXAMPLES INCLUDE: Research, reporting, etc.
