Overview

We need to address the inconsistency in the wording of "Number" vs. "#" for fields such as "Building Permit" and "Case" across different pages. This inconsistency may lead to confusion or misinterpretation.

Action Items

  • Please review and document all instances of the use of "Number" vs. "#":
    • Five pages of the calculator
    • My projects page
    • Page five Printout/Download
  • Write recommendation
  • Review with product
  • Review with stakeholders
  • Write dev issues to standardize the terminology to either "Number" or "#" with decision
