Idea for Sortable Component

There are a few places where currently a manual "order" is specified. This might be a good use case for finding or creating a component which allows the order to be adjusted (e.g. by dragging and dropping). Would make for a much nicer UX I think.

At first glance, there seems to be ember-sortable and ivy-sortable as pre-built solutions.

I like it and think this will be a very useful pattern to have in our toolbox for hairbrain as well. Lets get more of the basics for the gallery worked out and we can tackle this kind of fun stuff :)
