As indicated in the README, the circuit is designed for a "common anode" RGB LED, however the LED in the Octopart BOM is "common cathode".

I've ordered this one instead:

LED RGB DIFFUSED T-1 3/4 T/H
Manufacturer: Kingbright
Manufacturer Part Number: WP154A4SEJ3VBDZGW/CA

I've received the LED, and while it works (common anode), green and blue are inverted.
