在手机版样式中显示基础设置的页脚信息 #16

希望可以在下一版中的手机版样式里添加（或者是取消隐藏）博客设置-基础选项-常规设置里的页脚信息
它在电脑版样式里是正常显示的，而到了手机版里就消失了
我在上面写了备案号等信息，在手机端也需要显示
