Many thanks for your brilliant work and video. I have a X230 (with a X220 keyboard, but have NOT done any modifications yet!), and a T430s on which I intend to change the keyboard and put the classic 7-row ThinkPad one from the T420.
Both my machines are running Windows 11 Pro, both have the newer BIOS, however I will flash the compatible ones as per your compatibility table.
However, how do I proceed once I have downgraded to the correct BIOS? I am not running Linux, but Windows 11 Pro, is there a method and maybe an executable version of your Linux solution? Is there maybe a video applicable to showing how to make it work on a Windows machine?
Much appreciated!
Kind regards,
Christos
