Hi I have managed to use the library to create a pileup visualisation (example here).

I am noticing the visualisation looks a bit different of two different computers I am using, one linux and on macOS (doesn't seem to matter if I use firefox or chrome). Specifically:

  1. The coverage plot seems not to display the low-depth regions (see pictures below)
  2. Maybe related to this is that on macOS there seem to be fewer reads loaded

Any ideas why this could be?

Thanks,
Jody

Hi @jodyphelan, do you have an example file to reproduce this?
