I think that karma should be able to affect the responses, but it shouldn't determine them. Just because burritos is positive doesn't mean hamper is always in the mood for delicious burritos.
yesno should give affirmative responses when the query string has positive karma and negative responses when the karma is negative.
Optional: sum the karma of all substrings of the query, ie "window burritos" would have net -2 points and thus get a mildly negative response.
Optional: The enthusiasm of the response correlates to the amount of karma. Maybe a spectrum like:
