Creating domain directly into provider

I don't know if DNSControl allow it, but it would be nice to create domains directly into providers (when they support it, of course, like PowerDNS does, for example).

If I undersand well, currently you have to manually create the domain on your provider' own interface, and then only you are able to add it to happyDomain.

Yes, you understand well.

We thought about this not so long ago. It's tricky when the action on the provider side is to buy the domain (especially for provider for whom you can't retrieve the list, a mistake can quickly happen).
But for PowerDNS it's particularly frustrating not to be able to do this.
