Add missing documentation to native Bitcoin Vault user guide

Description

The current version of the native Bitcoin Vault user guide is missing documentation on certain features. Specifically, the guide does not include information on how to login with HCD (Google), how to sign proposals with HCD, and how to create and verify proof of reserves. To address this, we need to add documentation on these missing features to the guide.

• Add documentation on how to login with HCD (Google) to the user guide.
