Some users are confused by how the app handles keys. Currently, the app will display the keys in the Settings -> Key page for whichever organization the user has selected. Some users have multiple organizations, where different keys are used in different accounts.
During certain flows (like File Read), the user is expecting the flow to just work and allow them to choose any account they may own. But if they have selected an organization that doesn't have all of their keys, then they won't see all accounts they own.
Either more explanation is needed, or the design needs to reimagined. The separation is very helpful, but can also be confusing.
