Integration with /catalog/gateway-services/:gateway endpoint

Is there a way to use /catalog/gateway-services/:gateway endpoint via consul-template

It's understood that ingress-gateway is registered as a service which can be used to get the Address and Port, but we need more than that.

We have nginx sitting in front of ingress-gateway, thought is to dynamically add nginx server blocks with same host headers that are registered with ingress-gateway.
