gRPC example of Vault usage in dotnet C#

Does this code show how to add Vault features to a Microsoft gRPC service & client. Perhaps as an add-on to
this sample code showing how to create a gRPC server and client with the gRPC Greeter service:

the code examples do not currently include use with gRPC services/clients, it would be up to developers on how they want to use vault within their application (gRPC or otherwise)

Can you provide some insight regarding your request? (it seems extremely specific, is there a client or someone asking for this?)
