'string resource id #0x0' Error with cordova-plugin-push on Android 12 (API Level 31) and Above

I’m currently working on an Ionic 7 project and have been using the '[email protected]' for push notifications. The plugin was working fine up until last week, but now I'm encountering a persistent issue on some devices.

Issue Details:

The error message I’m seeing is: 'string resource id #0x0'.
The issue arises on Android 12 (API Level 31) and above.
The plugin works perfectly on devices running up to Android 11.
I’ve tried removing and re-adding the Android platform, but the issue persists.
