Updated Spotify developer website

Hi,
Spotify developer website has been updated and it is now impossible to request an app key. Any workaround or way to use the new spotify client ID and client secret in place of the key?

Are you not able to gain access to a Spotify app key? https://github.com/joowdx/spotify_appkey/blob/master/spotify_appkey.key?raw=true download this, and put it inside your .spotify-ripper folder. The spotify_appkey.key file I've been using came from a Github repo. I never signed up for one. It's been working for over 2 years now. It should still work until Spotify blocks them.
