SES service needs an update by Sept 8, 2025

I noticed that this warning comes up when the SES container starts

SES service has been started at *:3335
(node:1) NOTE: The AWS SDK for JavaScript (v2) will enter maintenance mode
on September 8, 2024 and reach end-of-support on September 8, 2025.

Please migrate your code to use AWS SDK for JavaScript (v3).

Not an issue that needs to be addressed immediately but I thought I'd put it here.
