Unable to Delete Last Character in Address Field on Sending Page

Describe the bug
Users are unable to delete the last character in the address field on the sending page.

To Reproduce:
1.Go to the home page and click on the blue circle for sending.
2.Try typing any address in the Enter Address field.
3.Attempt to delete the entire string.
4.Notice that the last character remains and cannot be deleted.

Expected behavior:
Should be able to delete the whole string of text from Address field.
