Reference implementation allows escaping with \ in inline URLs, e.g. from one of its unit tests:

*[closed](hello\*)

<p>*<a href="hello*">closed</a></p>

jotdown currently does not:

<p>*<a href="hello\*">closed</a></p>

also useful for e.g. URLs with parenthesis.
